Dear Sirs, we are sorry to post our message in a forum but you do not provide an email address to your customers. Please check order 20210206-0000028 of 6/2/2021. You'll find that we've placed an order for FOUR packs of FOUR masks (+ONE offered per pack). The total we should have received is TWENTY masks. Today we received ONE PACK, or FOUR MASQUES plus 1 free. We're missing FIFTEEN masks. You will admit that paying 234.27 US plus 50 USD of VAT for 5 masks is a bit expensive! Even if it's 'FASHION MASKS' as you called them, 47 USD per mask it's a bit like the price of a gold mask. Could you deliver the rest of our 15 missing masks and please make sure we don't have to pay US$50 of VAT again that we've already paid for. You can contact us on our email. Waiting for your reply. I do not know how to add an inquiry but please be advised my order 20210401-0000014 was never received and your website says it was delivered. Please advise when it was delivered and where? It did not come to the requested delivery address.
